Albino Penis Envy

Albino Penis Envy (APE) is a mutation of the Penis Envy P. cubensis cultivar that produces true albino fruiting bodies — white caps, white gills, white spore print. The underlying PE genetics remain intact, meaning total tryptamine content stays in the very high range: typically 1.1–1.5% by dry weight.

APE has a characteristic longer onset than many other cubensis variants — commonly 45–75 minutes, sometimes up to 90. This delay has caused researchers to redose and dramatically overshoot their intended experience. Wait the full 90 minutes before any assessment.

The PE + albino combination is rarer and yield-limited per crop, which reflects the price premium relative to standard cubensis.
